We believe in a food system where the chain should be as short as possible, where the food is handled by people who knows the real value of it and the each product is grown in an eco-friendly environment.
We actively support the organization behind several London Farmers’ Markets and participate in the direct sales to the general public on behalf of specific producers.
We particularly concentrate on a vast range of products coming from the English farming community.
On a side note we consider fair to give representation also to those food and wine of Italian heritage which cannot be produced in the English countryside but which we totally warranty come from sustainable, organic and biodynamic farms.
